About Rossmary

My name is Rossmary Palma, and I’ve been living in Charlotte, NC sister city to my hometown of Arequipa, Peru for the past 24 years.
For over 15 years, I’ve been actively involved in community service as a volunteer in public libraries, schools, and the math lab at CPCC, where I’ve helped older adults prepare for their GED. I’ve also worked with nonprofit organizations by organizing citizenship, financial education, and English classes, offering practical tools that strengthen our community.
I am the co-founder of Peruvian Charlotte Cultural Association, a nonprofit organization that promotes community integration through Peruvian culture regardless of language, race, beliefs, or orientation. This volunteer work reflects my values and my commitment to serve with empathy, respect, ethics, and professionalism.
I’ve been in the real estate field for over eight years. I started as an assistant and later earned my license as a real estate agent. Today, I guide my clients with a personalized approach, offering clear information and educational support so they can make confident and informed decisions about what is often the biggest investment of their lives.
